This is a notice of intent to procure as full and open competition: two (2) sailboats with one (1) trailer. The sailboats must meet the following specifications: boat sail: 25 foot length must have the following equipment: full inventory of sails; main sheet. full with battens, slugs, insignias, roller furling system; with 110 % dacron sail jib; winch handles, boom vang; two primary winches; juffy reefing system; fixed rudder; white hull; blue stripes water line; cockpit coming, lockers; stainless steel ladder; life lines, mooring cleats, anchor and rode; double berth with cushions; interior wood trim teak; cabin pop top, lockers standing; galley sink; stove, fresh water tank, pump, ice chest; self contained head and plumbing; 12 volt dc system wired fused panel, bilge pump, float switch; all navigational lights, steaming, anchor; pedestal steering with compass; trailer package with brakes, galvanized, tongue extension, winch, tandem axle. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98.
