Work is to be performed beginning on or about Sept 10 thru 14 2007 and will be be completed during our next in port period in Dec 2007. The contractor is to prepare the existing surfaces by industry standards for epoxy deck applications, followed by a thorough application of denatured alcohol or similar material to ensure the surface is clean and will properly adhere to new material. One-step epoxy material is to be applied between 1/8" to 1'4" thick or per industry standard to allow for door opening and thresholds per MLCA STD 63410N-STD. We estimate costs at approximately 150 man-hours.
