This is a Request for Quote (RFQ), no. 0103-302904. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order for repair and replacement of 3 engines and diesel sterndrive packages on the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) police boat # 8. The Government intends to award a sole source procurement to Napleyacht, Inc. of Ft. Myers, FL under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (b) (1) (i) Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications: Replace Yanmar model 6LPA-STZP turbocharged diesel engine with Mercruiser 1.5 ratio Bravo 1 Stern Drive package on to a pressure of 150 pounds per square inch on Nortec Police Boat # 8 of the RBPF. Price shall include all materials, associated parts, installation and overhaul and installation of the three outdrives as well as shipment of boat from the diagnostic testing facility to the contractor repair facility. Offerors shall state their standard warranty they offer in their response to the RFQ. The RBPF will accept delivery at the contractor facility. The contractor is required to coordinate all progress with the individual indicated at time of award on progress of repair.
