HM&E (Labor Categories). The contractor shall furnish services of a non-personal nature and in conjunction with assigned tasks, for maintenance, repair, installation, modification, testing, and removal of shipboard equipment and systems including shipboard hull, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, electronics equipment, and other designated systems. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price, requirements contract . This contract is to meet the requirements of RSG. The contract will be for a base year with 4 one-year options. Performance of work will be on U.S. Navy Ships and other military vessels. Award will be based on Best-Value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and price as evaluation factors. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. This is an 8(a) Set-Aside.
