Pumps and controllers shall be delivered to the USACE Ensley Engineering Yard in Memphis, TN with a required delivery date of 20 December 2004 and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Request for Quotation Number W912BU-04-T-0098 to be issued on or about 13 September 2004.
