This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S8R-20-R-0039 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 326199 and business size is 750 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources.

Stackable to at least 3 units per stack

Lids Required

Containers to be one of the following solid colors: blue or black

Height: 38 - 42 Inches

Length: 44 - 48 Inches

Width: 40 - 45 Inches

Minimum load capacity: 1000 pounds

Built in fork pockets, or other accommodation to allow for moving with forklift without dunnage or placing the container on a pallet.

Delivery/installation is required within 120 days of contract award to the below address utilizing FOB Destination:
