The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), In-Service Vessel Sustainment (ISVS)
Section, has a rquirement to procure an estimated fourteen (14) commercially-available Aids to Navigation (ATON) Cranes with Integrated Controls and Central Hydraulic System to be manufactured, tested, preserved, packaged, and marked in accordance with Coast Guard Specifications; an onboard repair parts kit; and system stock parts. Requirement will include providing techinical representative services to support commissioning of each crane installed and operational and maintenance training. The Government intends to award one (1) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and nine (9) 12-month option periods as a result of this solicitation. Each crane, onboard repairs parts kit, and system stock parts shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. This is a total small business set aside. The NAICS is 333923 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if responsive, shall be considered by the Agency.
