Aircraft Maintenance Stands for KC-135R aircrafts. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 332999 size standard of 500. The 121st Air Refueling Wing, Ohio Air National Guard wishes to procure two (2) sets each of Boom, Cargo Door, Nose, Dry Bay, and Wing Stands to aid in the maintenance and inspection functions of the KC-135R aircraft. The stands shall comply with the requirements of OSHA, AFOSH, and AWS standards for structural soundness and safety. The Government wil l award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous representing the Best Value to Government price and other factors considered. Award of Contract will requi re registration with Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 25 March 2004.
