Description The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) invites submittal of responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced firms, or teams, for routine and specialty inspection services. Routine inspections include sewer back-up inspections, demolition inspections, sewer capping inspections, and home building connection inspections. Specialty inspections include construction inspection for bonded projects, linear storm & sanitary projects, pump stations, force mains, flood protection, drainage response initiative (DRI) projects, green infrastructure, water line projects, capital projects, inflow and infiltration (I & I) projects, emergency infrastructure repairs, and other specialized fields. The Respondents may apply for routine, specialty, or both inspection services. MSD intends to contract with one or more Respondent(s) to this RFP. The team selection(s) will be made based on the Proposal receiving the highest evaluated points using an evaluation criteria listed in Section VIII of this document. MSD may choose to interview one or more teams, at its sole discretion. MSD intends to select team(s), negotiate, and execute one or more Professional/Technical Services Agreements for inspection program management services.
