This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. 

This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. 

This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item.  This item is a Critical Safety Item and an Export Controlled Item.  This is also a Source Controlled item, only offers from approved manufacturers and dealers will be considered for award. 

Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 2 each ship to Yuma, AZ 85369.  PRLI0001, QTY 1 each ship to Yuma, AZ 85369.  The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 200 days or best attainable.
