This procurement is a large Definite Quantity of 1855 each.  This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control and Export Control.   Item is Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI).    Government First Article Testing of 1 unit applies to this procurement. The FAT and Textile Sample delivery is 120, Test and Evaluation 180 days  The Production requested delivery is 393, Production Lot Test Government is 60 days and ship LOT  is 10 days after PLT approval.  The total delivery is 763 days.   FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size.  Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1).   This request is for a written quote.
