The solicitation ISSUE DATE is July 6, 2012 with a CLOSING DATE of August 6, 2012.  Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 254 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA.

Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1).  Approved sources are AIRBORNE SYSTEM NORTH AMERICA, CAGE 05QR4, P/N GID21-288-503, and GANAR INDUSTRIES, CAGE 57688, P/N 191H0106-101.

 Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 300 days After First Article approval.

This is an Air Force Critical safety item. This item has higher level inspection, configuration control, shelf life, critical application, and first article/textile requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.

Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor.
