Separate sealed pre-qualifications and bids will be received by the City of Dacula (OWNER) for a General Contract to furnish and install all materials, labor and equipment, necessary for the 165 Dacula Road Demolition Project located, Dacula, GA. PROJECT SCOPE: The project is located at 165 Dacula Road, Dacula, Georgia. The existing building is vacant. The demolition includes removal of the existing building, basement walls, slab, footings, under-slab utilities, sidewalks, patios, partial driveway and limited landscaping. There will be limited access to the building and site usage. Access to electronic only Bid Documents shall be obtained from Precision Planning, Inc. (ARCHITECT) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Request for access to electronic bid docs shall be made via email only to [email protected] (scan and email a copy of company check, made payable to Precision Planning, Inc., and access instructions will be provided; mail original check to 400 Pike Blvd, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). Bidders wanting to submit a bid must purchase access to the bid documents from Precision Planning, Inc. A hard copy of the Bid Documents may be examined at PPI, 400 Pike Blvd, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Bid packages will be received at Dacula City Hall, 442 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA 30019, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. Any packages received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered by the OWNER. Bid packages will be opened and read aloud. Bids will be evaluated by OWNER, and project award is anticipated upon completion of this evaluation. Questions and substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, to be considered.
