The 165AW is looking for a contractor with the capability to complete the work as described in the attachments.  Please provide capabilities, contact information, CAGE, and business size standards. The scope of this project is to renovate the interior area of Building 198: Rearrange walls and utilities, provide fire protection, and replace doors and finishes. Exterior work; provide utility support, pavements, site improvements and communications support.  Demolition to include but not limited to; all electrical to include light fixtures, outlets, conduit, wiring, to include circuits back to panels, ceilings, interior walls, flooring, mechanical and communications.  Construction: Install DDC environmental control system, install wet pipe fire suppression and fire alarm system.  Sustainment: Replace roof with new standing seam metal roof system. Repair: Selective demolition of interior partitions, upgrade interior electrical systems and lighting, new interior and exterior finishes to include new suspended ceiling grid, general painting, new flooring, and mechanical system upgrade.
