(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

*** This solicitation is hereby amended to update/correct dates within the solicitation, statement of work,  remove requirement to quote for both events and upload Q &A.*** All other requirements remain unchanged.

(2) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S-21-Q-0014 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

(3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, Dated 10 March 2021

(4) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $35M.

(5) The Arizona Air National Guard intends to award one firm fixed priced purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation represents the best value.  Factors other than price when combined are approximately equal when compared to price. The expected award date is on or about 16 July 2021.
