 This procurement is a large Definite Quantity of 1008 each.  This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control and Export Control.   Item is not Critical Safety Item (CSI).    Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing of 1 unit apply to this procurement.  The First Article Contractor Report Unit requested delivery is 90 days from the date of award.    The Production requested delivery is 253 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article Testing is 180 Days.   FOB is Destination; Inspection Origin/ Acceptance is Destination for First Article Testing. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size.  Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1).   This request is for a written quote.
