 Solicitation is for a total quantity of 308 each. 

 This definite quantity PR was generated to meet current needs and backorders.  This requirement was initially solicited as a simplified procurement under solicitation number SPE4A715Q1773 as the estimated value was under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).  However quotes received in response to the Solicitation was priced well over the SAT; therefore it has to be solicited as a formal procurement.  Solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside using Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This is a Critical Application Item.  This is a not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists.  Configuration and Export Control apply. Terms are stipulated as FOB Origin with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Origin.  The Delivery Objective is 150 days.
