This procurement is a large Definite Quantity of 310 each.  This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control and Export Control.   Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI).    Government First Article Testing of 1 unit applies to this procurement. The First Article Unit requested delivery is 90 days from the date of award.

Production Lot Testing is required 1 unit delivery 60 days and 10 days for shipping.  The Production requested delivery is 485 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article Testing is 90 Days.   FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size.  Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1).   This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package.
