This solicitation is being issued as a sole source to Omniyig, Inc., 3350 Scott Blvd., Bldg #66, Santa Clara, CA., 95054-3125. The Government does not possess the necessary drawings, specifications or salient characteristics to allow for full and open competition. Omniyig, Inc. possessess all proprietary data associated to this requirement. These units must integrate precisely with the existing system (ALR-81 Surveillance System) in terms of form, fit function and compatability.
