The Naval Air Systems Command intends to execute a modification to upgrade approximately 23 units of ALE-50(V) Integrated Multi-Platform Launch Controllers (IMPLC) on contract N00019-99-D-1605 with Raytheon Systems. This action is in support of USAF B-1B operational requirements. The Government does not own the data package necessary to compete the proposed procurement. Raytheon Systems Company is the designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ALE-50 (V) IMPLC and is the only source with the personnel, facilities and knowledge to perform this effort within the required timeframe.
