The Corpus Christi Army Depot has a requirement to shot peen 95 each Safety of Flight Rotating Rings P/N 114R3463-9. Approved source is Metal Improvement. Interested parties must be approved, at the present time, by AMCOM, HQ. Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 3204(1) as sited FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and not other supplies or servies will satisfy the Agency requirements. RFQ number W912NW-09-T-0074 will be issued on or about 14 May 2009, with a closing date of 22 May 2009. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This RFQ is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government.
