The purpose of this synopsis is to amend the previous synopsis posted to FedBizOpps on 22 November 2002 to increase the total number of follow-on production lots and the quantity of each lot of QF-4 aircraft being procured on a sole source basis from BAE Systems. The previous synopsis reported that annual lot buys were expected for production lots 10-14. This amendment increases that expectation by one annual lot buy to 10-15, thereby adding on additional lot. This amendment also increases the best-estimated quantity from 18 to 24 aircraft per production lot. There are no other changes to the previously synopsized presolicitation notice.
