This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), with (1) Base Year Plus (4) Option Years. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. First Article Sample Production due in 186 days, Test / Evaluation due in 90 days, Production of Lot due in 186 days, Total Delivery time is 462 days ARO. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity, which is 383 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 96 each is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 765 each. This is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
