Lackland AFB intends to solicit and award a commercial purchase order to ORCON Corporation for Installation Thermal Blanket Material, for the 433rd Air Lift Wing, Lackland AFB, TX 78236. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received within 3 calendar days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
