NASA/DFRC has a requirement for:Qty 1: Geo-LVD with Javad and NREQty 1: Reference Received SystemQty 1: RTD position post processing softwareQty 1: 20Hz and space/speed altitude enabled.NASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from Geodetics, 2649 Ariane Drive, San Diego, CA93117. Geodetics is the only known source that can: provide a flight-rugged GPS receiversystem capable of receiving the L5 signal and that is software-upgradable to 100 Hz andto receive/decode signals from the Galileo Global Navigation Satellite System.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local timeon September 02, 2011. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for thepurpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
