Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) support for the MH-47 and MH-60 Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) Special Operations aircraft. Period of performance is one (1) year from date of award. The Government requires various types of support on a time and materials basis for such efforts as hardware, software, integration, documentation and troubleshooting support on the DCU. Also, the Operational Flight Program (OFP) will require several updates. The Government does not have adequate data/software rights to permit full and open competition. Pursuant to FAR 6.302, the intended source is Sanmina-SCI (EDI) Legacy, 8600 S. Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35802 who is the original equipment manufacturer of the DCU. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Note 22 applies
