This synopsis is to procure 5 each CTM15 Antenna Mast Assembly (collapsible to a length of 50 inches) with aluminum ground stakes and storage bags. Required delivery date is 90 days from contract award. Justification for other than full and open com petition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Offers are due not later than 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, June 17, 2004, in the contracting office, Building 5303, 3rd floor, (33B050), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama 35898-5250.
