The DCMA at Boeing Philadelphia, PA intends to negotiate and award a time and materials delivery order to procure revised Engineering Data to support services for the CH-46E series helicopter, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0012. The proposed order will be awarded on a sole source basis to The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopters, Ridley Park, PA. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance for this effort is 12 months after contract award and the work will be performed at Boeing Helicopters in Ridley Park, PA. Boeing will update drawings to the CH-46E Interphone Communication System (ICS) to accommodate the addition of the Airborne Wireless Communication System (AWICS). Boeing will provide updates to the associated Formboard, Aircraft Wiring Design Specification and Production Installation Drawings. Boeing will provide revised Engineering Data to support the procurement of the new harnesses. Five ship sets of the new ICP wiring harness will be provided under this order. These harness will be used to for trial installations to verify and validate wiring harness changes.
