The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Time and Material delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Technical Services Company to provide spares and/or repair parts for AWW-13 Data Link Pods, support, ancillary equipment and integration. The contractor shall furnish supplies/services to support engineering studies and investigations, software development, logistic studies, Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS), ground tests, training support/development, upgrades to support equipment, special tooling and test equipment; for Navy testing, weapon/aircraft integration design and support; the manufacture, assembly, installation and test of breadboards and/or prototypes; and weapon/GFE repair to include the furnishing of materials and services necessary to repair, inspect, modify and/or return to ready-for-issue condition items of government property. GENERAL INFORMATION: RTSC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the AWW-13 Data Link Pods. TRSC alone has the experience, special skills; proprietary technical documentation, software/algorithms; facilities and manufacturing techniques required to produce, assemble and integrate this equipment and furnish the supplies and services with the required timeframe. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of acontract for the effort mentioned above.
