The Technology Applications Program Office has a requirement to retrofit 4 each Government furnished AN/ZSQ-2(V2) System Electronic Units (SEUs). The SEU is a component of the AN/ZSQ-2(V2) Electro Optical Sensor System. The SEU will be modified for the A/MH-6 Mission Enhanced Littlebird (MELB) equipped with an ethernet switch. The MELB is part of the Special Operations fleet of aircraft. The modified SEU shall provide full functionality of the AN/ZSQ-2(V2) system and compatibility with existing A/MH-6 display units. Delivery of the prototype unit shall be to Lexington, KY no later than October 2008. The 3 each remaining production units shall be delivered NLT March 2009, same location. The Government does not own the drawings or specifications to permit full and open competition. Firms that recognize and can provide the engineering services required for the retrofit are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting office at 757-878-5223, x240.
