Noun: The Technology Applications Program Office has a need to convert 144 each Air Data Computers (ADCs) from Part Number D51610-0316 to Part Number D51610-0406. This effort entails the Nonrecurring Engineering to create an ADC software configuration for compatibility with the MH-60M. The MH-60M aircraft will have the new configuration ADC installed. The MH-60M is part of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR(A)), Ft. Campbell, KY. Completion of the configuration upgrade is anticipated to be completed 20 months after contract award. The Government does not own the specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition.
