Project Description The objective of the project includes the installation of new ductile iron pipe, vitrified clay pipe and concrete and asphalt concrete on Geary Boulevard from 32nd Avenue to 48th Avenue and on 48th Avenue from Point Lobos to Geary Boulevard. The work is to be performed in SF, CA. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact LaKysha Cummings at 415- 554-3136 for CMD related issues. Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor Customer Service Desk San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” The hard copy plans and specs will come bundled with a CD that for an additional $10 contains essential reference documents.
