The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis 18 ea. complete MTADS/PNVS systems to include installation and integration for the Apache AH64-D. The government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Priced modification to contract W58RGZ-06-C-0169. This is a sole source requirement to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-228, Orlando, FL. Only Lockheed Martin possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. In terested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
