The Government plans to procure 65 each Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight (MTADS)/Pilot's Night Vision Sensor (PNVS) Arrowhead Upgrade Kits, kit installation, spares, training, and upgrades to the Apache Training Device Suites (TDS)(Lot 2); Option (Lot 2) quantity of 72 each Arrowhead Upgrade Kits and replenishment spares. In addition, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) may be bought under this contract subject to Letter of Acceptance (LOA) approval. The Government intends to award a sole so urce firm fixed price contract to Lockheed Martin, Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, FL, under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources wi ll satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AV-AB.
