The Naval Air Systems Command intends to exercise Option Lot III of contract N00019-99-C-1051 with Raytheon Systems for ALE-50(V) Integrated Multi-Platform Launch Controllers (IMPLC) to be used in conjunction with the IDECM RFCM Fiber Optic Towed Decoy system for a total quantity of approximately 120 units. The Government does not own the data package necessary to compete the proposed procurement. Raytheon Systems Company is the designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ALE-50 (V) IMPLC and is the only source with the personnel, facilities and knowledge to perform this effort within the required timeframe.
