This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-19-T-5006, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02TA. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333249- Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 500 EMP. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 4 June 2019 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The NH Air National Guard requires an abrasive blasting cabinet that meets the following specifications

Item 0001: Abrasive Blasting Cabinet

Salient Characteristic 001: Working Compartment Area

Approximate Dimensions of 60" W x 50" D x 38" H working compartment area

Salient Characteristic 002: Access Doors w/ Latches

Must have two access door handles with approximate dimensions of 43" W by 30"

Salient Characteristic 003: Ergonomic blasting enclosure

Have an ergonomic blasting enclosure with gasketed drum covers, hoses, and nozzles; and be constructed of at least 10-guage steel

Salient Characteristic 004: Motor

Have a least a 7.5 horsepower motor capable of achieving at least 3,450 RPMs

Salient Characteristic 005: Operator window/safety glass

Have a view operator window/safety glass measuring approximately 15" H x 32" W

Salient Characteristic 006: Dust Collection System/Device

Dust collection system/separator capable of accommodating 1,200 standard CFM to allow for optimal particle removal; or be sized & powered appropriately to meet ACGIH standards commensurate with cabinet size. The dust collector system/separator must also have primary and secondary HEPA filters and dust collector cartridges that can be installed or removed via an easily accessible port. There must also be a reverse pulse dust collector cartridge cleaning feature on the control panel.

Shall include an ASME coded blast generator, with at least a 1.5 cubic foot capacity, that is cable of reaching a full range of bottom angle pressure in the lower portion of the camber for non-pulsing media flow of at least 50 to 75 degrees

Medial flow must be controlled by adjustable metering valve

Blast must be controlled by operator foot pedal
