Solicitation N00421-19-T-0017 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The 1553 SIMULATORS must be Alta Data Technologies products under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.  The quoted items must be the exact part numbers.  Alta Data Technologies the only known vendor able to deliver the 1553 Simulator Systems compatible with existing equipment within the required delivery date. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
