The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for a flatbed semi-trailer with hydraulic tail section. Trailer capabilities 80,000 lbs. distributed, and 50,000 lbs. concentrated in any 10 feet. Overall length shall be a maximum of 51’ feet, including hydraulic tail but excluding any fold-under rear deck tail section. Provides 41’11” Lower Load Deck Space. PTO Hydraulics and controls with auxiliary standalone gas-powered motor mounted above winch. 

This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures.

This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award.
