The New Jersey Air National Guard (NJANG) is seeking to identify interested business that can provide simulator training for pilots on the C-32B (Boeing 757-200). It is intended that the NJANG will enter into one or more blanket purchase agreements with companies that are able to provide these services and that orders will be placed against such agreement(s) for a period of five years.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The contracted company shall provide appropriate training for pilots of the C32-B aircraft. Training of NJANG pilots shall be accomplished using Rolls Royce engines, dual cue flight directors, Pegasus FMC, Innovative Solution and Support Flat Panel Configuration and electronic flight instrument displays in Boeing 757 simulators.
The training shall be conducted at the contractor’s facility. Training shall be conducted in a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved training center by FAA-approved instructors. To be considered qualified, each contractor must possess an applicable training program approved under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 121 or FAR Part 135, or a training course approved under FAR Part 141 or FAR Part 142. Initial qualification training shall be to the standard that the pilots may receive an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) and a Boeing 757 Type Rating (as applicable). Initial Certification will be accomplished by each pilot in the left seat. The contractor shall provide an FAA examiner (or designee) to administer the ATP Certificate/Boeing 757 Type Rating check-ride or equivalent end of course check-ride. Training needed includes: Initial Pilot Training with ATP Certification Training Program (CTP), Initial Pilot Training without ATP CTP Training, Pilot Refresher Training (4 day), and Pilot Senior Officer Training.
