Synopsis:
The Defense Logistics Agency-Energy (DLA-Energy) is seeking quotations for a total of 15,000 Gallons for Biodiesel B20 (BDI) going to Warner Robins, AFB GA for delivery on November 19, 2013.

(i) Evaluation will be conduction using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

(ii) The solicitation number is SP0600-14-Q-0209 and this is a request for quotations. A firm fixed Price will be awarded.

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular September 30, 2013.

(iv) This is a small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 324110.

(v) Product: Biodiesel B20 (BDI)

B. DATE OF DELIVERY
C. VOLUME OF FUEL DELIVERED IN SHIPMENT
D. FUEL COMPLIES WITH ASTM SPECIFICATIONS
AND
E. SULFUR CONTENT OF THE DELIVERED AND THE
METHOD USED TO DETERMINED THE CONTENT.

All vendors must have active SAM registration https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and must not be on any excluded parties list.

(ix) Lowest price technically acceptable will be used to evaluate the offer under FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial.
