Required delivery is 65 each 242 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
