The intended source is The Boeing Company, Stewart Avenue and Route 291, P.O. Box 16858, Philadelphia, PA 19142-0858, who is the prime manufacturer of the MH-47G helicopter. The Boeing Company is a Large Business and the NAICS for this procurement is 336411. The authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
