The Special Operations Directorate (AMCOM) proposes to procure, on a sole source basis, MH-47G Dynamic Parts. This requirement is for initial spares and Long Lead Items in support of the MH-47G Helicopter Program. The parts to be procured are as fo llows: Aft Transmission (8 ea), Forward Swash plate (10 ea), Aft Swash plate (11 ea), Forward Transmission (8 ea), Aft Rotor Shaft (20 ea), Combiner Transmission (8 ea), Forward Rotor Head (12 ea), Aft Rotor Head (15 ea), and Transmission Mech (14 ea). This action will be executed as an individual delivery order against the existing BOA W58RGZ-04-G-0023. The intended source is The Boeing Company, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania 19142-0959 who is the prime manufacturer of the MH-47G Helicopter. The authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
