The Aviation Integration Directorate (AMCOM) proposes to procure on a sole source basis the remanufacture of one (1) MH-47G Lot 8 airframe to the delivered Lot 7 configuration. This requirement will include procurement of Long Lead Items (LLI), Non-recurring Engineering (NRE) and planning, coordination with the Government and Special Operations Support Activity (SOFSA), Systems Project Management, Generation of Data and Configuration Management. This action will be executed as a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) W58RGZ-04-G-0023. The intended source is The Boeing Company, Stewart Avenue and Route 291, P.O. Box 16858, Philadelphia, PA 19142-0858, who is the prime manufacturer of the MH-47G helicopter. The Boeing Company is a Large Business and the NAICS for this procurement is 336411. The authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
