The proposed acquisition is limited to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, doing business as MDHC, Commercial and Government Entity, CAGE Code 8V613, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85205 because this item must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize a nd can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
