The proposed acquisition is limited to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, doing business as McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems (MDHS), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 8V613, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85205 because this item must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identi fy themselves.
