This is a sources sought announcement; a market survey for information only to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this request including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. All interested parties should respond.

The 145th Airlift Wing intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm-fixed price contract to hotels within 15 miles of Stanly County (zip code: 28127) subject to the availability of funds.

The North Carolina Air National Guard Force Support Squadron requires lodging for our members participating in or supporting weekend Unit Training Assemblies (UTA)s, other Inactive Duty Training (IDT) which may occur and day of the week, and Active Duty statuses in Stanly County.

All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a request for information as a vendor no later than Tuesday, 12 November 2019, 4:00 pm EST. This request for information shall not exceed five (5) typed pages and must include the following:

(1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a vendor;

(2) Completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form;

In the event a sufficient number of small business vendors are not available for adequate competition for this request, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
