PR 91359618 is FOB Origin, I/A Origin. NSN (1430-01-2148301) is a FAULT ISOLATION EQU. This solicitation is for a quantity of 12 each.  Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: ACE AND COMPANY, INC. (1HVU5) P/N 012148301. The required delivery is 509 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, and is not commercial. A subcontracting plan is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 09 November 2021.

This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.  Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at:  dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.  Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.”
