Bids will be electronically submitted through Mercury Commerce and will be received by Mercury Commerce not later than 2 p.m., Central time, February 18, 2021. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:15 p.m., Central time, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. You may watch the bid opening virtually via Webex by utilizing information and links located at www.siouxfalls.org/purchasing. There will be a pre-bid meeting held on February 10, 2021, at 9 a.m. at the Fleet Maintenance Shop (1000 E. Chambers St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104) for interested bidders. It is the vendor’s responsibility to check the Mercury Commerce website for any changes or updates to the Invitation for Bid, which will be in the form of an addendum posted to the Mercury Commerce website. Telegraphic, fax, email, and hand-delivered responses will not be accepted unless specifically authorized in the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
