The Federal Government intends to make a sole source award to Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control (LMMFC) 1701 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051, Cage Code 64059. This requirement meets all the criteria for awarding sole source per FAR 6.302-1 -Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This effort is for the fabrication, assembly and delivery of PAC-3 MSE Training devices for Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP). Contractor shall provide training devices to include 66 (ea) Missile Round Trainers (MRT), 66 (ea) Empty Round Trainers (ERT) and associate production tooling. The contractor shall provide all facilities, labor hardware, manufacturing, testing and documentation required to produce and deliver the MRTs and ERTs. The period of performance for this effort is from date of award through 26 months.
